Pros
I’ve been with Lady Jane’s at the Northville location for 6 years and I can honestly say it’s been the best job I’ve ever had. The money is great, especially if you’re motivated and consistent. The walk-in system keeps you busy and you don’t have to worry about building a client base from scratch. The support from management is solid. They actually care and check in with you, and the company overall really listens to feedback. I’ve met some amazing clients and coworkers that have turned into friends. The shop has a fun, upbeat vibe, and it’s never boring. There’s also room to grow. I’ve seen people move up into different roles and it’s cool to know that’s an option if you want it.
Cons
Sometimes the music gets stuck on the same playlist for a while, so you might hear the same songs a few too many times. Not a big deal, just something you notice after a full shift.
