I’ve worked for Lady Jane’s for 7 years and it’s the best salon I’ve ever worked at! There is a great flow of clients and great coworkers!

Pros

I've never loved a salon more than I do this one. I can make my own schedule, take time off for a vacation whenever I want, call in if im sick, pick up extra shifts if i need extra that week. My district manager, Michelle, called to check in after my first day, which has never happened in 20 years of being a cosmetologist. She's always there if I need anything. They'll close or let us leave early if the weather is bad, caring more about our safety than company profits and that is rare. I've been highly impressed with the management team I've worked with here.

Commission percentage should be higher.

Pros

My clients know when I'm working and always book. Its so nice to come in and see a busy book. We do contests and those are a lot of fun for 6 to 8 months out of the year

Cons

Not allowed access from home for our books. For someone like me who likes to rebook, and upsell my timing is HUGEEEE. Coworkers not being trained before they start.
