Pros

Working at Lady Jane’s has honestly been one of the best job experiences I’ve had. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and super supportive. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of the team. The management actually listens and cares about the staff, which is something you don’t find everywhere. The shop has a cool, laid-back vibe but still stays professional. The clients are generally great, and there’s plenty of opportunity to build a strong book and make good money with commissions and tips. I also love that there’s room to grow and move up if you’re motivated. Scheduling is fair, and the company does a good job making sure stylists have what they need to succeed. If you bring a good attitude and strong work ethic, you’ll do really well here. All in all, I’m proud to work at Lady Jane’s and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid career in men’s grooming!

Cons

You’re on your feet most of the day, but if you’re in this line of work, that’s kind of expected — and it makes the day fly by. You also need to be self-motivated. No one is going to babysit you, but if you take pride in your work you’ll thrive here.

Pros

I been workin at Lady Jane’s for a bit now and I gotta say it’s one of the better jobs I had. The people are cool, management don’t breathe down your neck all day, and they actually care if you’re doin good. You can make really good money if you show up, work hard, and take care of your clients. I didn’t know what to expect at first but it’s a busy place so time goes by fast and you always got someone in your chair. I like that I ain’t stuck at a boring salon with no walk-ins. And they give you the tools and support you need to succeed, you just gotta want it. Only thing I’d say is make sure you’re ready to hustle. It ain’t hard but you gotta be on it if you wanna make that money. Overall, I’d tell anyone who cuts hair to give this place a shot. Good energy, good people, and good pay. Real talk.

Cons

Honestly, it can get pretty busy sometimes, especially on weekends but that just means more clients and more tips. If you like staying active and keeping your chair full, it’s actually a good thing.
