Work hours were very flexible, tuition reimbursement for employee & family.

Cons

Work was not challenging and became mundane quickly; little training provided to employees. No long term strategy developed within departments.

Pros

Lafayette is a small but well-endowed college with great professors who have good connections. Being able to do research as an undergraduate is great, especially since it is possible to work closely with professors and the research team and there are no graduate students.

Cons

Not very many cons, I've had great experiences all 3 summers research at LC.
