      Co-workers are usually great , overtime is always available

      Cons

      Administration will hang a good nurse out to dry over a patient complaint no matter how unfounded and without merit the complaint may be. It’s all about patient and family satisfaction at “The Ranch” and that’s it. Patient must be happy at all times even at the cost of an employee
