      Pros

      The company holds fun outings and picnics, pay is in line with the industry standard, they have stumptown coffee in the espresso machine.

      Cons

      Company has a high turnover rate, lots of temps, management seems to favoritism to certain employees, still has a small company mindset and are expanding faster than they can handle.
