      No insurance benifit for family Excessive pressure of working Pressurized to work extra hours No free cab available for pickup you Have to pay extra. No food allowance or mess system they just give. 150 rs for a week to spend on bigbasket. No propper hygine in washrooms instead of using hand towels/napkins/vipes they use toilet rolls to wipe. Cabs are never moved on time (3:30/4:30) always 30-40 mins waiting. No cash leaves available till 6 months you have to go on LOP(LOSS OF PAY). For recruiters :- they don't give any access of any portal CB/monster/indeed/Vvn or other you have to source only through Job diva and the data in that is really outdated. Also I have seen working there the discrimination among people working from various states/regions.
