Just the little extra cash for working night shift, which is not actually a thumbs up also

Literally everything about the company. The culture, the team lead/Managers, the extra working hours, weekend work. Its better you do not take the position.

Management sitting n US (specifically speaking) is very much appreciable and they understand each employee. it’s great to work under such management and leadership. Learning curve is provided to those who are eager to learn and explore opportunities.

Cons

Leave policy, rewards& recognition policies needs to be highly improved. Health benefits should be improved. Apart from salary structure bonus policy needs to be implemented.
