      False promises

      Pros

      They transfer pay on time.

      Cons

      They offer benefits but doesn't pay single dollars towards 401K or health insurance still they claim we offer benefits. During the hiring process they says we offer all possible benefits but there is always conditions. Benefits are different for each employee. Make sure you don't get trap.

      Uncomfortable work environment

      Pros

      Provided with minimal supervision, as direct manager was located in NJ office. Office space always clean.

      Cons

      Felt out of place, and not welcomed. Very close knit group, which I did not feel welcomed into during the entire time I was there. Being first time manager, not enough guidance on how to manage a team overseas. Very different challenges.

      Pros

      Remote working- some of the more Sr. Level people seem organized.

      Cons

      Perhaps other divisions run differently, but this one is total disorganization. No onboarding. Immediate supervisor has no clue. Interacting with India colleagues was difficult.
