I like working where im contracted, but lancesoft dosent pay in a timely manner

Pay twice a month on the 15th abd the 30th, but when payday comes, never deposited on time. Always have to chase them to get paid. I waited forever to get paid to catch up on things abd here its payday, and no money. The 1st through 15th you get paid on 30th. The 16th to 30th you get paid on the 15th. So you patiently wait fir check, just to find out its not there when expected.
