Pros

I’ve improved my skills in planning, coordination, and problem-solving. I find it motivating to have full ownership of projects. Tasks are varied, which keeps things fresh. It’s also great that there's close collaboration across teams – I never work in isolation.

Cons

Some days are just back-to-back meetings.

Pros

You stay busy, there's always something to do.

Cons

Direction kept shifting so often that it was hard to keep up with what the actual priority was, like you'd adjust to one process and then suddenly it's different again, and it created this constant sense of instability where nothing really felt settled...just temporary decisions that would change again later, which got old fast.
