Landing is not only an exciting place to work because of the startup mentality and values that are set in place, but mostly because of the people themselves. Everyone is unique in their role and personality, but everyone shares common traits of inclusivity, kindness, determination, and motivation. Our leadership team is truly an amazing example and motivates us to not only do a good job for the company and our fellow colleagues, but for ourselves as well. Lots of room to grow in your career and overall, truly a fantastic place to work.
Cons
The training process was not as outlined as it could have been, but that is typical for a startup. As long as you have a hard working and "can do" attitude, you'll learn and grow within the company.
