Pros

Casual tech environment, learn on the job, ability to work on side projects. The people are fantastic. Waking up and solving problems make it exciting to come to work.

Cons

Startup environment is not for everybody, things move really fast. Opportunity to improve processes, especially with the constant growth and change.

Pros

- autonomous culture : we are able to have ownership of our work, bring ideas to the table, run with projects, and really make our role our own in many ways - great balance of structure in place while also being able to help outline policies and procedures as we continue to lay the groundwork for the company - does not feel siloed departmentally - able to reach out to anyone with questions including Leadership to collaborate - company is intentional about employee engagement and satisfaction - extremely exciting and cutting edge business product and industry to be apart of - teams are kind and empathic people that are great to work with across the board - I feel valued and appreciated for my work on a daily basis

Cons

It is a fast-paced environment but I don't see that as a con personally!
