Pros

Incredible autonomy. Interesting, challenging problems to solve. Wonderful perks. An unbelievable team. It’s a blessing and privilege just to be “in the room” as this business is being built and scaled — that experience and education alone is worth its weight in gold.

Cons

Occasional situations where one piece of the business has no awareness of what another piece is doing. However, this is somewhat inevitable given the rocket ship growth we’re experiencing.

Pros

Landing empowers employees to take on meaningful projects that other companies might say are "out of scope" for the role. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced start-up environment.

Cons

Long hours, but worth it to see us build something incredible
