Good company to work for. Good working environment and management. Provides flexibility to employees and is technologically driven

Cons

Office location wasn't the easiest for commuting from the South East

You get a salary and vacation.

Cons

No growth potential, once you accepted the job, you're just a worker. Management will not pay for your training.

Pros

Good work environment however during my tenure senior management changed four times in a 3 year time span. So every few month methodologies and internal processes would change.

Cons

Constant swapping of senior managers, work from home was not allowed, internal tension between the development side and services.
