Pros

The employees on the whole are a great group of caring and dedicated people. The workout facilities are top notch.

Cons

Location has it's charm, but the commute from Madison does wear on you over the years. Systems are decades behind the times and too much time is spent collecting data instead of making a difference in the business.

Pros

Flexible schedule, family atmosphere, good resume builder, fun environment

Cons

Hours are slim but great for a part-time job especially if you are on school. Some shifts such as the 3 hours scheduled make you feel like its a waste of time but good on those days you may have other obligations.
