Pros

This is a great first job, that teach you the basics of personal selling. This company really does value their employees.

Cons

Since they are a smaller company they tend to keep staff light and it's sometimes hard to request week long vacations

Pros

Good people and good compensation and relocation... because MOST people are from somewhere else

Cons

Inconsistent feedback and direction, no growth though there was room and the office location is ridiculous! It should be moved closer to Madison.

Pros

Career development, leadership opportunities, personal growth, a lot of benefits. They offer a lot of benefits to employees and their families, including a healthy cafeteria with lots of choices, a full gym and workout classes, an employee garden, and live music and outdoor cookouts every Thursday!

Cons

Location, small town feel, very competitive, fast-paced
