Lane Aviation has been in business since 1935 and is a very stable company to work for. Lane is for the individual who likes working for a family owned business. Lane promotes people who show initiative from within. Lane offers a good benefits package and 401K match, along with generous vacation and sick time. The leadership at Lane is diverse and many of the managers have a long record working for the company. The airport is a very dynamic and interesting place to work.
Cons
Lane Aviation is a 24 hour, 7 days a week company, requiring many employees to work evenings and weekends. Working outside in the elements can be difficult in the winter months. The individual would need to like working for a family owned company. Being a small company there is not as much opportunity to advance.
