Great experience at Lane Aviation

Pros

Lane Aviation was the perfect place to work over the summer while I was out of school. They were very flexible with my schedule and I got the hours that I needed. There are a lot of great people and I made some great friends and contacts that I will keep. I respected the management and leadership and they gave me respect in return. There is also opportunity to get a lot of hours and get overtime and the pay is good for a job that requires no experience.

Cons

The pace of work can be very inconsistent when working on the ramp, but that’s not necessarily a con to many people.

Pros

Pay is ok and the hours can be pretty decent

Cons

Management is the absolute worst here. These people make it seem like you are doing your job right but will use everything they train you on against you when they want to turn around and start a paper trail to try and get you fired . Chris Ruth is the one to avoid he doesn’t understand how to manage people and comes off as a nice person but just sees you as a number and not apart of a team . The employees can be somewhat nice but yet talk about you behind your back and management tends to play favorites among the employees and will believe their side even if you have proof to defend yourself.

If an employee as for asks for anything above their paycheck management shuts them down.
