Pros

Friendly management, personable with a family business feel. Pay and benefits are good. They do lots of employee events. It is a fun place to be.

No hybrid possibility, even during pandemic.

Pros

The non-management team is great.

Cons

Management is just awful. The owner’s answers to “why can’t we get raises?” amount to “because it’ll cost me more money.” There’s no way up here, despite how well they sell it. They brag about a lack of real HR, whistleblowers are punished, but hey the boss will take you out for ice cream once a year!
