Pros
Benefits are not too bad, depending on your supervisor you may have some schedule flexibility.
Cons
Work environment is in cubicles, work schedule is very early, temperature is always too chilly. Very old school way to do business - inefficient and unhealthy. Managers are generally those who have been here longest, not the most effective individuals, and nearly impossible to remove. People stay until they die or retire - creates a very incestual work environment, inhibits change, and makes advancement nearly impossible.
