Fun work experience, get to be outdoors with some cool people. Hardly ever a dull day, however this will be dependent on the team you are working with I suppose. Pretty much 40 hrs a week and you are out, with rare opportunities for overtime

Cons

Pay could be better. Similar positions at neighboring counties offer higher wages. If you work seasonally, you get no benefits. Now if you work full time you can only work 6 months, part time you have to stay under 30 hours. This probably makes it difficult to hold on to valuable employees, so the overall job knowledge and work quality may decrease since every year you have to retrain the seasonals, and make it pretty difficult to get consistent, quality employees.
