This company does not care about you as an employee, horrible management borderline abusive. Horrible benefits, they don't pay their vendors on time, a lot of legal issues and the discrepancies on salaries are gross. Its all about being teachers pet.

Pros

Small company, opportunity for upward mobility. Family like environment among staff.

Cons

Very profit driven, instead of prioritizing patient care. Only reason there is so much opportunity for growth is the fact that there is very low staff retention due to low staff morale. Company has had a freeze on raises for several years, and their pay is already much lower than other area hospitals. Additionally the benefits are horrible, and you must see Larkin physicians or pay exorbitant copays.
