Cliquey. A lot of competition. Low commission rate of about 5%, it grows if you hit $50,000 in sales.

Cons

I've never been more disrespected in a workplace than I was during my time with this company. Clinicians' expertise is not respected or considered here at all. Additionally, despite the clinicians having extensive education and a strong medical background, they have no say in the treatments they are expected to perform or the daily patient schedule. Also, the amount of gossip and negativity was not only astounding, but incredibly unprofessional. Overall, this is not a place that I recommend to anyone.
