Pros

Horrible company with no work life balance, sneaky and ever-changing compensation package, stagnant management and high turnover. You could also be subjected to some coworkers that are petty and/or bully. Your district leader is also your direct manager (red flag) and spends just as much time recruiting versus growing her actual team of 100 people. Also be wary of the constant propaganda as a new hire and some of the veteran sales consultants. Benefits for medical are expensive and high deductible options and do not include preventative care.

Cons

Being remote saves gas/time. Promises of high income based on your high volume aesthetic sales capability (20%), organization territory, lead quality, current sales.

Pros

Beauty, Treatments, Employee discounts on services and products, fun atmosphere.

Cons

Sales management is very much a clique, promotes only favorites even with outstanding performance, sales VP's do not set clear goals on how to execute expectations. Set up for failures or looking to push out an employee because they simply do not like them.

Pros

-Great Perks and Benefits -Very structured and excellent communication channels -Leadership Training Opportunities -All the executives in the company are very engaged with the business. -Great culture and just a fun job to have. It feels good to be a part of helping people feel their best and make it attainable for people who think it’s something out of reach. This has been my favorite job so far.

Cons

-Workload can be heavy especially if you’re salaried. It is all about sales so if you can’t handle the pressure of that this isn’t a job for you. -If you are looking at a job posting online and see the full salary range, it includes bonus which can vary by a substantial amount month to month. Goals are set very high, much higher than comp and LY as a way to cut your bonus. It makes sense that compensation is tied to overall performance and volume, but the goal post can be set ridiculously high sometimes. -For the clinical aspect, there are some very dated techniques and processes that they refuse to update because of the cost.
