Pros

My experience with this company had some positive aspects, particularly the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues. However, there were several challenges that affected the overall work environment. Communication from leadership often lacked clarity, and expectations were not always consistently communicated. At times, employees appeared to receive limited support, training, and feedback needed to succeed in their roles. Concerns raised by staff did not always seem to lead to meaningful action or follow-up. Additionally, work-life balance and scheduling practices could be improved to create a more stable and supportive environment. While every workplace has areas for growth, I believe stronger leadership communication and increased employee support would significantly improve the employee experience.

Cons

Lack of professionalism from most of Leadership.

Pros

LaserAway has given me incredible opportunities for growth, earning potential, and continuous education, all while staying focused on expansion and delivering exceptional care to patients. Hard work is truly recognized here, and staying dedicated to your role can lead to meaningful growth and success. I’ve personally experienced this firsthand and look forward to continuing my journey for many years to come.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but anyone interested in joining LaserAway should know the aesthetic industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving. LaserAway regularly updates protocols, treatments, and processes to stay innovative and competitive, which keeps the work exciting and engaging. Success here requires adaptability, a growth mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn.

Pros

Horrible company with no work life balance, sneaky and ever-changing compensation package, stagnant management and high turnover. You could also be subjected to some coworkers that are petty and/or bully. Your district leader is also your direct manager (red flag) and spends just as much time recruiting versus growing her actual team of 100 people. Also be wary of the constant propaganda as a new hire and some of the veteran sales consultants. Benefits for medical are expensive and high deductible options and do not include preventative care.

Cons

Being remote saves gas/time. Promises of high income based on your high volume aesthetic sales capability (20%), organization territory, lead quality, current sales.
