Pros

There literally aren’t any aside from a percentage off some services. However when and if you quit, any packages with leftover services will be taken away.

Cons

It’s a catty environment with an uneducated and abusive HR and management system in place. You’ll be abused and made to feel less than communicatively. You will also deal with being forced to hit sales goals daily and monthly at the expense of patients and overworking the clinicians which sadly causes a ton of animosity. Locations are secretly super dirty, equipment breaks down round the clock and the environment is typically toxic as management pins reps against each other in many ways. Money from patients takes priority and NOT employee well being, patient care nor culture. Additionally, the perks are skewed and misleading. You’ll be told you’ll make 80 to 110k. In reality, I watched the best rep make only 59k for two years.

Pros

if you are wanting to get into the industry and learn basic aesthetics.

Cons

Listen to the reviews. Everything is true. You will be double booked maybe even triple booked. You barely will have time to sit and they don't really care! Patients also get upset as you're running around and not giving them full attention for the thousands they have paid. As far as schedule goes, I worked every weekend..., maybe not the full weekend but it was one or the other and this went consistently on for the whole time I worked there. The only time I got off was for a wedding and they made me take PTO. They don't let you add unavailability anymore so you have to be open to work all days. And of course if you're not they will take your PTO. Staff treatments are limited as patients come first but most clinics schedules are booked 6 weeks out. In my experience of working here it just has gotten worse. They shortened times to boost profits and truly don't care about the nurses. The people who are giving this 5 stars are those who took more management positions within the clinic. They sit up front and sell to patients, they aren't on their feet or doing the work that all the negative reviews are.

Pros

The teams in the clinics. Nurses who go above and beyond to meet the needs to constantly increasing sales demands. The training is great for sales team members.

Cons

Leadership and Upper management is cut throat. They do not care about anyone in below VP level. changes in pay without notice. unattainable goals. HR TEAM THAT WILL LITERALLY BACK STAB YOU AND AMBUSH YOU ON THREE WAY CALLS WITH THE PERSON YOU WENT TO THEM ABOUT!!!!!!!!
