Pros

Will train new grad nurses or nurses that have 0 experience in aesthetics. Will train with lasers first and gradually train you to more advanced treatments.

Cons

The company does not promote their nurses. There is no continuous education with skills such as injectables. The company likes to sell their nurses as if they are all the same. If you want to advance in aesthetics this company is not for you. However it's a great place to start.
