Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you’ve found opportunities for growth, autonomy, and responsibility, and that the compensation and benefits have been meaningful to you at LaserAway. Our sales roles are designed to offer ownership, development, and the chance to build a strong career in a fast-paced environment. As with many customer-facing roles, the work can be busy and structured to meet business and client needs, and we value team members who thrive in that setting. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for being part of the team.

Worst Company I've EVER Worked For

Pros

Some of my coworkers are amazing, trained me in aesthetics.

Cons

Management and leadership are toxic, selfish, and DO NOT care about you. They will have meetings where they smile and tell nurses "we care about you" while telling front desk staff to take care of the nurses. But, they act in ways that shows it's all talk. They will cut your hours, but hire new employees giving them more hours than you despite you working here for years. When you express frustration they will lie and tell you they already told you what would happen, when they DID NOT. I specifically asked leadership if bringing on another nurse would affect my schedule and was told that it was not. They changed sick leave policy at the end of the year with an email to announce it right before Christmas, changing the policy at the height of cold and flu season. Then, HR sends an email telling you they are giving everyone a merit raise, like they don't already do that every year. That is not an incentive and it's insulting to pretend like they're doing something for you when that was already being done yearly. When you reach out to HR to clarify they tell you to "read the policy". I already did that and my questions weren't answered. Leadership in clinic yells at you because they're mad at their own lives and literally twist your words to find something to get mad at you for. I went above this person to report it and was basically told that there's nothing to be done about it, despite having made every single employee in clinic cry from being yelled at. I've committed years to this company, have never one been late, am always here and ready to treat patients with a smile on my face, and this company and their leadership do. not. care about you as a person. I'm a number, who is easily replaceable, and while I would love to stay with this company and move up in positions, leadership has done everything in their power to make it clear that their nurses do not matter.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that individual experiences can vary across roles, leaders, and locations, and we appreciate hearing a range of viewpoints. At LaserAway, we operate within established policies, communication standards, and workforce planning models designed to support both patient care and business needs across a large, multi-location organization. As the company grows, changes in staffing, scheduling, and policy are communicated through formal channels, and consistency across clinics and teams remains an ongoing focus. We value feedback as one of many inputs as we continue to evolve and align leadership practices across our footprint. We appreciate the time you spent with the organization and wish you continued success in your career.
