      great team you can trauma bond with

      You will be worked to the absolute bone for an abysmal pay rate. There is no time off. Ever. On the 4 holidays there are closures, you will still work your 5 day week. There is no federal holiday time off, just accrued holiday time which is near impossible to get approved. If it does get approved, they will schedule you around your holiday time so you cant get away properly. The business model is a race to the bottom, providing as little value as possible for the most money possible. There are no quality checks on performance and a mostly new workforce here so anything goes as far as treatments, as long as its safe. Efficacy is not required. It is embarrassing to be a part of. But you will learn. You'll learn the basics, and thats what this place is for,

      Pros

      -Support from higher management -Team bonding, the culture is great -They sent me out to PHX for a work conference where I got to meet our VP of Sales, CMO and COO. I got to share my thoughts with them open and honestly. -They pay amazing!

      Cons

      One sour person can shift the environment quickly so if you're a negative low energy person, don't bother. We want high energy and grit on our team.
