Respect and Recognition: I personally have always felt respected and appreciated here. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Offering fair salaries, health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits Modern Equipment and Facilities: Utilizing current technology and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. Work-Life Balance: Implementing reasonable schedules and manageable patient loads prevents burnout.

Cons

The sales team can become quite aggressive and may exert pressure on clinical staff.

Supportive work environment with great resources and a friendly, helpful team. Training is fast-paced but well organized, and the company clearly invests in employee growth by introducing new training as you gain experience.

Cons

The fast pace of training can feel intense at first, especially for new employees, but the strong team support helps balance it out.

benefits. annual raises. discounts on injectables.

Cons

no support from your regional so you end up with high turn over rates. the LC role should not be given to the only employee who applies, it should be earned & given to an employee who didn’t just get hired with no prior experience. management seems desperate to fill this role to take off responsibilities from the regional who is overworked with managing too many clinics.
