There was absolutely no pros to this job.

There was no Communication with regionals, and i had to constantly contact the hiring recruiter, when it was never her duty. But that was how bad of communication and structure this company has. They would promote people within a couple months of employment which shows how untrained these individuals are.And thats not even the worst of it. The day that i quit i waited for a couple days to receive my final pay check. And they did not pay me for my hours PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR HOURS THIS COMPANY STEALS workers genuine help. They paid me less than half of the hours i worked for. And to this day i am trying to contact HR and nobody is responsive. And the regional i had gave me FALSE ACCOUNTS to reach HR. After countless amount of tries of contacting regionals and HR associates they have not been responsive. And i still haven't got paid for the work i have done. This is not a company of integrity, they are inhumane, and only care about their money. This has by far been the worst experience , especially in times like now with covid. This company broke the law of Fair Labor Standards act of 1938. Incredibly disappointed.
