      Easy job overall. Guaranteed hours. I like my coworkers. A lot of different treatments. Training provided. I like interacting with the patients.

      Pros

      I’ve worked at Laseraway for three years and it’s been pretty enjoyable the entire time. I’ve been involved with the planning and design of a lot of stores and been able to see the company grow. The Expansion team is great overall.

      Cons

      While I appreciate the positive feedback I do receive, more regular and formal recognition for contributions and achievements would be motivating. Implementing a more consistent feedback loop could help improve employee morale and engagement.
