CULTURE is everything! Its such a joy to work where you truly feel like a part of a team. We are always recognizing accomplishments and learning from each other. Executives at LaserAway are very hands on and always sincerely asking for feedback from all employees. It's so amazing to work for a company where you can truly feel your opinions are heard and know they are always growing and evolving to make the best workplace environment. I've never found a place where I can appease my natural work-a-holic but still have such a great Work/Life balance. Also we really get some incredible perks to have access to discounts for the products and services offered at LaserAway.

Cons

We thrive because we all love to work hard. If you want to just clock in and out and slide under the radar, this is not the place for you. LaserAway loves to see their staff work hard and shine!

You do have to work weekends.

We agree that helping patients to achieve a beautiful complexion is one of the benefits to working at LaserAway. Weekends are desirable for our patients to receive treatment, so working some weekend shifts are required. We do our best to make sure that our employees achieve work life balance by doing things such as alternating weekend shifts and accommodating time off requests when possible.
