There is no limit on how well you can do financially with hard work. MY regional is encouraging, empowering, and helpful. It's a large company in comparison to when I started but you still kind of know everyone. We are constantly evolving and bettering ourselves. I would say we are innovative in comparison to other businesses out there offering similar treatments. Upper management always takes feedback and tries to improve on it.

Innovation is in our DNA and we take great pride in our ability to evolve and embrace change. In addition to our uncapped compensation plan, our in-clinic employees have the opportunity to continue to grow their skills with ongoing training opportunities. We have also continued to add opportunities like our Location Director role that we added in October to help our employees grow with us. We're happy to have great employees like you with us as we continue to grow, especially as we have had to make adjustments due to the pandemic. We always welcome feedback from our employees to help things go smoothly.
