      Pros

      There are so many pros to this company! First and foremost, the money. If you're willing to put in the hard work, the payout is truly rewarding! Secondly, the culture people I get to work with, daily, is a blessing. The help is always there, if you need it, as well as support and encouragement from management. If you're looking for a fun career with great pay in a supportive setting, LaserAway is definitely for you! In the last two years at LaserAway, I've been able to travel, live comfortably, and truly enjoy what I do. I'm proud to celebrate two years with such a progressive company and look forward to many more!

      Cons

      Like any job, there will always be slight ups and downs. I guess the only con would be that of any sales job - the uncertainty of pay each month. But, again, if you put in the hard work, you'll be just fine! Very rarely am I not hitting metrics and able to acheive my goals.

      Best Job I Ever Had!

      Pros

      LaserAway sets you up for success with an in-depth training series and shadow days. They have excellent communication channels between sales associates, clinicians, and patients. They have protocols for everything and an internal website where you can easily look up anything you need. The company holds an incredibly high standard for the care of their patients and supports their employees in that endeavor.

      Cons

      You will have to work on the weekends sometimes BUT they consider full time only 4 days a week, which is a huge perk.
