Pros

They'll teach you aesthetic injectables a couple months in after initial training. Work/life balance is well since you can choose 4-5 days to be considered full time. My coworkers are awesome though and they make it more enjoyable. Benefits are good if you're single.

Cons

The daily schedules can be insane though so expect to be working hard to meet every patient. Management does their best to accommodate to the schedule but most of the time it's out of their hands.

Thanks for your review! Most of our patients need appointments before/after the work day and on weekends. Aesthetics is a different type of nursing and anyone considering a career in this field should expect to work some evening and weekend shifts!

Uncapped commission, fair management, in clinic teamwork, support from higher ups, in clinic is not a receptionist- just like any sales job, put in the effort and you can make some great money! I absolutely love this job

Cons

More connection from remote sales team to in clinic sales team. Rst should have to work at least a couple of days after training in clinic to fully understand all that we do and to aide in minimizing scheduling errors
