Management is obsessed with sales. They are in the business of doing whatever necessary to get the sale, not caring about the actual customer. If you don't sell you don't get scheduled. And if you are working in the back office the chances of selling are very slim. You do not get to answer the phone until the 4th ring so that the front desk has first shot. There are no ethics when it comes to stealing sales. Very cut throat commission.

Schedule is erratic very hard to get set days and hours. Plan on working weekends, holidays and all different schedules. Expect calls on your days off from co workers looking for a sick day. It’s very difficult to have a normal life with this company. The company makes way too many promises and then no delivery. As an NP or RN anticipate disrespect if you turn a patient away or inform them they are not a candidate because the company pushes sales. Overall not a company that has your back!
