Thanks so much for your feedback and for being part of our team in San Diego! We take pride in our patient-centered care, and we're happy you do too! Most of our patients need appointments before/after the work day and on weekends, and some of our clinics are open until 9pm on weekdays. Aesthetics is a different type of nursing and anyone considering a career in this field should expect to work some evening and weekend shifts!

- work from home - benefits - free treatments - gifts

Cons

- pay is not there. Commission is based on performance, but you can only hit production goals as a top earner, because they get first dibs on new clients - the more you make, the more you make. You're given leads at this point - people will take your appointments, close them, etc. and you are expected to be ok with it - daily calls are draining & repetitive - minimum call requirements are easy to do, but talk time is usually never met, unless you are in an appointment over 1 hour. - people do not answer because they are constantly HOUNDED by calls from all over the country
