      Pros

      1.Flexibility of schedule, they are very accommodating of your personal life outside of work for example if you have children or have a certain schedule you need. 2. I love to travel, as long as you give notice you can travel as you like. 3.The COMMISSION structure is amazing!!!!! I honestly could care less of the hourly they pay me, I'm all about their commission structure. I've been in sales for 15+ years, only one other company that was not 100% commission was able to pay me for what I do. I love performance based pay. If you have drive and love the beauty industry, this is your place! 4.Career growth, You can move up quickly.

      Cons

      I would not necessarily say this is a con but in the beginning they might have you work at a few different locations until you find the best fit for you. They are very understanding until you find your home base. I do not mind driving so I loved the moving around in the beginning.
