-Collaborative culture with RNs, NPs, PAs, and Medical Directors nationwide, all working together -Strong didactic and hands-on training (all paid for by the company) -Day shifts only — no nights -Work with healthy patients choosing elective treatments (positive environment) -Wide variety of treatments keeps the work interesting and prevents burnout -Exposure to the business side of medicine in a retail healthcare setting -Support systems in place both in person and online -Ongoing education and opportunities for growth -Company is innovative and quick to adopt new, safe technologies -Rapid growth has created lots of opportunities for clinicians looking for a career growth plan

Cons

-Successful, busy clinic environment known for efficiency- not ideal if you prefer a slower setting with long breaks or downtime -Growth and a drive to continuously elevate and improve, can sometimes mean adjusting to new or updated processes quickly

After a decade with LaserAway I can clearly state that one of the most unique aspects of the organization is how available all leadership members are. In no other company this size will you ever see such executive access. Why? Because they care. There is a clear, long-term strategy that is palpable and the senior leadership team is accessible and receptive to ideas at every levels; a collaborative and supportive environment is fostered and employees feel empowered to contribute.

LaserAway is growing extremely rapidly and as the organization scales, strategic resource allocation toward new employee recruitment is necessary to ensure all teams have what they need to meet their ambitious goals.
