I enjoyed the training process, the standards of practice are easy to understand. I also feel a lot of support from middle and upper management. The culture at my location is great, we support each other and encourage one another.

Cons

So far the only con is sometimes there is gray area between following SOP and what the sales team is telling clinicians.
