* Attrocious management in the Cluj-Napoca offices * Has a history of firing people the moment any bit of pressure hits the company. * Obfuscates troubles and issues in the company as to avoid being seen for what they are. * Fired people during the pandemic lockdowns, and also during client downturns. *Lateral is entirely dependent on a single client, and any pressure from the client is directly felt by the lateral employees. * Raises happen rarely and are smaller than other similar companies. * Sinking Ship considering the number of projects brought to Lateral since the pandemic started (zero)
