CEO micromanagement and fire drills

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Kind and smart coworkers Salary is good

Cons

Being on the marketing team means constant fire drills and micromanagement from the CEO. It’s exhausting. Constant turnover as people realize that their job is just to do whatever Dan’s latest ChatGPT-produced orders are. Sometimes you do great work, but people barely stop to notice because it’s on to the next “urgent priority.”

Not the same company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great people have contributed to the company's success, where it is today.

Cons

Unfortunately, due to bad leadership and management. It's not the same company it used to be: high turnover, high stress deadlines, ridiculous roadmaps, and silent layoffs.
