- High pay for industry average - Winning culture and surrounded by talent who have left MongoDB, Datadog, Zscaler, OpenAI to join LaunchDarkly - Structured sales process to follow (Command of the message) and more enablement than you'll ever need - AI tools that remove manual processes from the job - can focus on selling - Loads of opportunity to go after with a best in class product (by a long way)

Cons

- Premium product so customers think LaunchDarkly is expensive. Only way to win deals is value selling - Sometimes long hours with lots of calls

Kyle Asay and Marcus in the revenue org are so great to work for- have learned so much and it is such a great culture lately, we have been through so much change but have come through stronger and better! Also love my colleagues and LaunchDarkly is #1 in the marketplace, sells itself!

Lot of change in the past (we are now through it for the most part)
