Pros

It feels like we’ve finally hit our stride - he who will not be named has left and taken his micromanagement and chaos with him. We’ve got better synergy across product and go to market. Hitting our quarterly goals. LFG. Personally have a great manager.

Cons

Wish we had better plans for team offsites. If you’re not in the Bay Area, it can be pretty isolating.

Pros

Competitive base salary with strong OTE potential Enterprise territory with big-name logos and complex deals Remote work flexibility (depends on team)

Cons

Quotas are aggressive, especially in down-market years Ramp time is short for the size of deals expected Internal systems/processes can be clunky or slow Limited upward mobility unless you’re in a major HQ or high-growth vertical

Pros

Was an amazing place to work until Dan Rogers had his run through. Thankfully he just left, so maybe the founder can turn the culture around.

Cons

They are asking engineers to onboard new teams in India during off-hours. Completely lost.
