Pros
The company is full of people that have worked at big boy companies and actually brought the good stuff without the (most of ) the cruft. We actually have processes and do some really grown up things right. The product is actually good, and that's me trying to adjust for the kool-aid, and the leadership team is pretty strong. I recall first joining, looking around, and thinking: "holy crap, this place is pretty grown up for 20 people"
Cons
It's still a startup- for all of the good stuff, there's a lot of stuff that's missing: they're only 60 people so far. Everyone still wears a ton of hats, but what are you going to do? It's a startup. :shrug:
