      Pros

      Excellent new leadership was brought in in the past few years, the product is evolving quickly and customers love it, a lot of investment in growing CS and building out the organization shows the company really believes in our mission. And comp is strong compared to the market! This is the place to be I've also been super impressed with the C-suite, our CRO seems genuinely invested in customer success and doing right by our customer base, our CPO is a rockstar who has a clear vision for the product and CEO seems to know the people to surround himself with to drive the right outcome for the company. Excited for what's to come

      Cons

      The company has had some growing pains and that's reflected in culture challenges over the past year, but I think we are on the up swing out of that and on a clear path to being an exceptional place to work

      High expectations but rich comp plan

      Comp plan is very favorable. Low quotas and rich accelerators. Experienced sales leadership who are invested in coaching you up Large territories (50+ accounts) Paid on new and expansion Fairly weak competition Great core product

      Cons

      Short leash, particularly on activities like pipeline generation. Have seen reps fired for not doing “basics”. Buyer always has option to build it themselves. Makes for long sales cycle. Avg deal size only about $100k Only one good product to sell (though supposedly that is changing) Messaging changes too much
