-A clear vision and set of goals have been set by the leadership team with a detailed strategy of how to obtain them. -Metrics are realistic and obtainable. -Extremely knowledgable SDR org that goes above and beyond to guide/mentor/enable and set reps up for their future. -A culture of accountability and winning as a team has created a great environment where everyone is acknowledged for their hard work and successes. -Individual success is directly tied to the success of the company.
