-Strong culture -Strong compensation packages -Work/life balance -Opportunity for growth Transitioning from a lax culture to a culture of growth, drive and success which may be a tough transition for people but ultimately it is steering LaunchDarkly in the right direction of maintaining Best-in-Class company/product

Cons

Technical product but strong and consistent enablement behind it to quickly learn, even if you have a non-technical background.

Pros

Good product, smart people, the founders are genuine and pretty cool, ego's on the sales teams are generally pretty down to earth, somewhat niche product that has #1 brand recognition.

Cons

They weren't prepared for the tech downturn and it hurt the sales org badly, but I don't know what it's like now. Competitors are much cheaper so you need to sell on value, stability, upcoming products, etc. and hope that it resonates with the prospect.
